Shipping
We use USPS as our exclusive shipping carrier. In our eleven-year history, they have never lost a package and delayed shipments are rare (usually when the customer entered an incorrect address or zip code). Please check your address information, telephone number, and email address carefully before submitting your order.
We do not use alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
We ship to the United States and many international countries. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products, and that some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
After placing your items in the shopping cart, we will provide the shipping cost and a transit time estimate for you prior to completing the order. We strive to ship most paid orders within 2 business days of receipt. If you need an order to be expedited, or before making a quantity purchase, please contact us via phone or email regarding product availability. For international shipments, customs processing can introduce additional delays that are beyond our control.
Returns Policy
Returned items will be inspected and returns processed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for bank processing of your refund if made by credit card or PayPal, and up to 7 business days for receipt of a refund check.
